Terms and Conditions
In the interest of providing you with a peaceful, trouble-free and safe rest, we have developed the rules of stay. Each time we also ask our guests to conclude a contract for the rental of our cottage with us.
These Regulations define the terms of booking and renting by the administration of "Piaski i Trawa" (hereinafter: "the Lessor") of holiday homes in the facility at Muszelki 34 in Nowęcin, (hereinafter: "Houses" or "Cottage") to Guests, (hereinafter: Tenant). By making a reservation, you confirm that you have read the content, accept and accept the provisions of these Regulations and the Garden Regulations for use by the Lessee. These regulations constitute an integral part of the House rental agreement concluded by the Lessor and the Lessee
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING, PAYMENT AND USE OF PIASKI I TRAWY HOUSES
Definitions:
Landlord - owner of Piaski and Trawy houses
Tenant - the person who rents the house
Cottages / House are not rented on:
- integration events
- parties
- stag and hen parties
§1
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
1. These Regulations define the conditions under which you can book and rent a house. By making a reservation, you accept the provisions of these Regulations.
2. The rental applies each time to the entire House for a maximum of 6 people. The minimum rental period depends on the date: 3 days / 4 days or a week
3. Initial booking. Pre-booking can be made by phone, e-mail or via the form on the website www.piaskiitrawy.com. When making an initial reservation, it is necessary to specify the date of stay and the number of people who will stay in the house. Initial booking takes place after the availability of the House is confirmed by landlord and a clear declaration of willingness to rent is confirmed by tenant. Pre-booking is valid for 24 hours.
4. Confirmation of the reservation takes place after paying the deposit for the stay. From the moment of making the initial booking, the time for making the advance payment is 48 hours. The down payment is 30% of the total amount of the stay. The reservation is considered confirmed after sending the proof of payment / transfer to the e-mail address: info@piaskiitrawy.pl / Piaskiitrawy@gmail.com or posting the funds on the bank account. Failure to pay in the above-mentioned period will result in the cancellation of the initial booking.
5. After the advance payment is booked on the bank account or confirmation of the transfer is delivered, an e-mail confirming the reservation is sent to the person making the reservation.
6. The payment of the deposit is made to the following bank account:

The title of the transfer should include name and surname of the person making the reservation,
7. In the event of the Tenant resignation from the stay for reasons beyond the Landlord control within less than 30 days before the commencement of the lease, the down payment is not refundable.
8. Changing the booking date by the Tenant is possible without losing the deposit, only after consultation with the Landlord, taking into account the vacancies.
9. The remaining amount for the stay, including the deposit, must be paid in cash upon check-in.
10. The deposit is charged on duration of stay, in the amount of PLN 500, and is a security in the event of damage of the house during the stay. The deposit is returned on the day the Tenant leaves the house, provided that the technical condition of all items that are part of the House's equipment, as well as the building itself and the land belonging to it, will be no worse than when the Tenant received the keys to the building.
11. The contract concluded between the Tenant of the Houses and the Landlord covers only the rental of the houses. It does not include travel, meals and organization of the time of stay.
§2
STAY AND ACCOMMODATION
1. The day starts at 15:00 (Check-in) and ends at 11:00 (Check-out).
2. The Tenant is obliged to inform the Landlord about the estimated time of arrival, at least 1 hour before arrival.
3. If it is not possible to reach the previously agreed time, the Tenant is obliged to immediately notify the Landlord by phone.
4. Possible earlier arrival (before 15:00) must be agreed with the Landlord at least 1 day in advance.
5. In the case of shortening the period of stay by the Tenant, the amount for the unused days is not refunded.
6. In the event of the Tenant failure to arrive within the prescribed period, the reservation guaranteed by the advance payment shall be automatically canceled at 11:00 am on the following day, the advance payment shall not be refunded.
7. Changing the booking date by the Tenant is possible without losing the deposit, only after consultation with the Landlord, considering the availability of free places.
8. In the event of shortening the duration of stay (late arrival, early departure) for reasons for which the Landlord is not responsible, the Tenant is obliged to pay the entire amount of the previously agreed amount for the stay.
9. It is possible to extend the stay only in the absence of prior reservations of the house by other guests.
10. Check-in and check-out takes place in the house in the presence of the Landlord, or a person authorized by him.
11. In order to check-in, the Guest is required to present a valid ID with photo. Lack of a ID is the basis for refusal to check in and conclude a rental agreement.
12. Minors may only be checked-in together with an adult, and their stay in the Houses may only take place under the supervision of adults.
13. Persons who are not checked in cannot stay in property of Piaski I Trayw.
14. It is not allowed to sublet or transfer the House to another person on any other legal basis.
15. A larger number of people than declared in the contract may stay in the house and on the premises only with the consent of the Landlord and an additional fee.
16. If the declared number of people using the House is exceeded (without the consent and knowledge of the Landlord), the right to terminate the contract with all the consequences is reserved without the need to return the previously paid fee.
17. The Tenant, upon arrival, but before moving in, is obliged to check the House, furniture, windows, shower and other devices in the House.
18. In the event of losing the keys to the House, the Lessee is obliged to pay a fee of PLN 100.
19. Any damage, destruction should be reported immediately to the Landlord. The Landlord allows the possibility of finding so-called “hidden damage”. Lack of comments from the Lessee as to such a damage within 4 hours after receiving the keys means that the Tenant has no objections to the entire facility, and all devices and furniture are in the quantity consistent with the list of equipment and in good condition.
20. The Tenant bears full financial responsibility for any damage, destruction of equipment and technical devices of the House that occurred during the stay, whether it was willful or unintentional fault.
21. In the event of technical defects, the Tenant is asked to report them to the Lessor as soon as possible, which will enable an appropriate reaction and action.
22. Parents of small children are required to provide waterproof mats to protect the mattress (on which the children sleep) from getting wet and dirty, otherwise they cover the costs of cleaning. The cost of cleaning one mattress is 200 PLN.
§3
USE OF THE HOUSE DURING STAY
23. The users of the facility are obliged to comply with the fire safety rules.
24. In each house, is a fire extinguishers / fire blanket that should be used in the event of a fire and immediately inform the Landlord about that event. For unjustified use of a fire extinguisher, the Tenant will be charged 150 PLN and 200 PLN for cleaning the House.
25. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the houses.
26. Due to the fire protection requirements, it is not allowed to use any equipment or devices powered by electricity or gas, which are not a part of these rooms and that may create a fire hazard, e.g. electric heaters, gas burners, etc.. Is forbidden to bring into the Houses flammable materials, explosives, fireworks, and odorous materials.
27. Frying fish is forbidden in the House.
28. It is forbidden to use grill or open fire outside the designated area.
29. It is forbidden to use the grill on the terrace of the House.
30. The Tenant has no right, without the prior consent of the Landlord, to make any repairs or changes to the House. The Tenant is obliged to immediately inform the Landlord about the need for repair.
31. The landlord is not responsible for temporary inconveniences of independent suppliers, e.g., temporary lack of electricity or water.
32. The Tenant is obliged to use the house in accordance with its properties and purpose. Please do not rearrange the beds in the bedrooms and use variable footwear inside the house (especially do not wear shoes that could scratch or damage the wooden surface of the stairs and the floor, e.g. high heels).
33. The Tenant is solely and fully responsible for the persons staying with him. Parents or legal guardians of children are responsible for the safety and any actions of children in the Houses and on the facilities of Piaski i Trawy, as well as for the safety of children staying in the playground. Children may use the playground only under adult supervision. The Landlord kindly asks the parents and guardians for increased care for the children during the entire stay in the Piaski i Trawy facility.
34. Each time you leave the house, remember to turn off the air conditioning and all electrical devices. The Tenant should check that the front door and terrace are locked. The Landlord is not responsible for items left in the House.
35. Renting one House entitles you to free parking for one, maximum of two cars - availability depends on free parking spaces. Car parking is possible only in a designated place indicated by the facility administrator. The parking is unguarded. The Landlord is not responsible for destruction, stealing of the vehicles, or any property left in them. It is forbidden to wash vehicles in the resort.
36. The curfew is valid from 23:00 to 8:00.
37. Tenants should behave on the facility of Piaski i Trawy in such a way as not disturb the rest of the Guests. A significant breach of the above rule, confirmed complaints, entitles the andlord to terminate the House renting agreement with immediate effect and remove the Tenant from the House and property. In this case, the Landlord is not entitled to a refund for the stay.
38. The Tenant is obliged to maintain and return the House in the same condition, which includes in particular: leaving the dishes and kitchen utensils washed before leaving, emptying the refrigerator of food and leaving it in perfect condition, leaving the surroundings of the House in the same condition. Failure to comply with the above obligation results in a deduction of 50 PLN from the deposit on account of cleaning.
39. We accept small dogs for an additional fee of PLN 20 / day, under condition that this fact is reported in advance before booking and that they will not threaten or disturb people living nearby. Any damage caused by animals is borne by the Tenant. Dog owners are requested to clean up their excrements.
40. The House rental price does not include insurance. The Landlord shall not be liable for sustained injuries, damage, destruction of property, theft or loss of the Tenants goods. The landlord is not responsible for the property left in the Houses or on the premises of Piaski i Trawy.
41. In the event of a breach of these regulations, the Landlord has the right to terminate the House lease agreement with immediate effect and remove the Tenant from the House. In this case, there is no refund of the payment for the stay.
42. The price list is informative and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. The landlord reserves the right to change the price list according to the circumstances.
43. By making a reservation, the Tenant agrees to the processing of personal data for the purpose of making the reservation and the rental agreement of the House, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data. The tenant has the right to access and update their personal data.
44. Heaters are issued upon request to guests at an additional cost
45. Price include limited electricity consumption in the amount of: ……. / day / house. The meter reading is recorded at the time of check in. If the meter reading exceeds set limit, Tenant will be charged for electricity consumption. The value of 1 kWh is determined on the basis od average electricity price established by the Power Plant (1Kwh – 0.70 PLN).
§4
FINAL PROVISIONS
46. The law applicable to disputes between the Landlord and the Tenant is Polish law. Any disputes will be settled amicably, and in the event of a misunderstanding, the competent court will be the court competent for the seat of the Owner.
47. Matters not included in the regulations are regulated by the provisions of the Civil Code.
INSURANCE
The price of the services provided by the Landlord does not include insurance. The services are used by Tenants at their own risk. The Landlord is not responsible for: any injuries, damage and destruction of property (damage to health and property of a third person),or steeling of luggage during the
